Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Freight: All quotes are F.O.B. Dallas, TX Orders over $1,500 are freight allowed.

Returns: Procedures for product returned for credit or exchange are as follows:

A Items must have been purchased within 60 days of return and will incur a 20% restocking charge.

B Any items returned must be in original unopened resellable carton.

C Prior to retuning any product, approval from North American Wiring Accessories, must be obtained.

D All freight must be paid by customer. If items are declared faulty, cost of goods and freight will be credited to customer.

Warranty: No express or implied warranties except as otherwise provided herein or required by law. North American Wiring Accessories, shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential to or arising out of the use of, misuse of, negligence, accident, or inability to use any of North American Wiring Accessories, products. User shall define the suitability of the product for their intended application and assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material at the time of sale, but our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of any product proved to be defective within 60 days from the date of delivery and proved to be the responsibility of the manufacturer. No further claim, including but not limited to, freight and tax, will be accepted.

Contract: A purchase order issued by the purchaser shall be considered an offer, the shipment of the product and the issuance of an invoice to the purchaser is considered written acceptance of the offer. Purchase of any product sold thru North American Wiring Accessories, implies complete and unconditional acceptance by the purchaser of terms and conditions of sale as stated herein.

Venue: In the event any dispute or litigation arises hereunder, it is specifically stipulated that any terms of sale or action hereunder will be interpreted and construed according to the laws of the State of Texas, and parties hereto herby fix venue for any litigation in Dallas County, Texas.
